Ecreatus presents HEDIA, the first AI platform designed to facilitate the work of teachers

Ecreatus, in its commitment to innovation and digital transformation of educational centers, has presented HEDIA; a solution at the service of teachers that uses artificial intelligence to elaborate and simplify daily tasks that they have to perform in their daily work.

HEDIA enables teachers and management teams to carry out a wide variety of tasks efficiently. Among its most outstanding features is the ability to generate fully customized learning situations, adapted to the subject and educational level with just a couple of clicks. It is also useful for the creation of resources that enrich the lessons, supported by the more than 20,000 digital contents already created by Ecreatus. A tool that will undoubtedly revolutionize the sector by significantly reducing the workload that educators face outside their teaching hours.

The official launch of HEDIA took place on November 2nd during a conference held at the offices of Microsoft Ibérica, where attendees were able to see the platform in operation. In addition, this event provided a space to share the advances in artificial intelligence not only from Microsoft, such as the complete offer that the company has brought together in Micosoft Copilot, but also from other projects that are being carried out in our country, such as the AI Observatory, an entity that ensures the responsible use of AI in the educational environment; or the case study of AEG in the field of Vocational Training, where they are already using this technology with great success.

HEDIA marks a milestone in the digital transformation of the education sector, allowing educators and management teams to focus on what matters most: teaching and learning. In the words of Francisco Guerrero, CEO of Scientia Group “With HEDIA we are making a paradigm shift: for the first time, it is not artificial intelligence that is introduced into a sector, in this case, education. It is education, together with teachers and students, that reaches AI and is going to mean a before and after in the way we use it.”

For his part, Francisco J. García Calvo, Director of Education at Microsoft Spain, points out that “The application of AI and generative AI is spreading among educational institutions, improving both the teaching experience, as well as that of students, recruitment and admissions departments, and the internal management of the institutions themselves. It is a technology that enhances the work of educators, leaving them time to devote to imparting more personalized learning to students. At Microsoft we are working to bring the benefits of this technology to the educational sector in Spain, and one good way is our collaboration with organizations such as Ecreatus and Grupo Scientia”.
